​The ITWorks framework

 

The ITWorks framework comprises four sequential engagements, each building on the work of the last to deliver an IT function that will not only support your business but be an active participant in its journey. The assessment is the key starting point to highlight what needs to change, and from there you can decide to take your own actions based on the report or engage us further to complete the transformation.

 
ITWorks 1 - Assessment: 1 month, £10k. 

 
Based on your documentation and interviews with key individuals, we will assess your IT function against the ITWorks model. You will receive a detailed report on key areas of your IT and how well it supports your business, as well as clear and actionable recommendations. On the basis of those recommendations, you may decide to explore our further offerings to ensure the best outcome.

 
ITWorks 2 -Target Operating Model (TOM) design: Variable depending on the assessment.

 
A well-designed operating model will support an IT function that is cost-effective, efficient, productive and proactive. Most IT functions grow organically with few opportunities to review and change among the pressure to deliver. This engagement will deliver a model that can flex and grow with your business, with clear and detailed models of engagement and delivery that will enable your people to give their best.

 
ITWorks 3 - TOM implementation: Variable depending on the assessment.

 
Transformational change requires experience and a detailed knowledge and understanding of the challenges involved. Changing an operating model involves people and the way they work, and continuing to support the business while that change happens is challenging. We will create and execute a plan that will support culture and morale while negotiating the difficult changes.
 

ITWorks 4 - Beyond the TOM: the AI-enabled business: Variable

 
Once your IT function is fully engaged with the business, the opportunities for leveraging the rapidly-evolving world of AI become clear. We will work with our partners, specialists in the use of AI, to identify, pilot, and implement specific use cases of AI to generate the quantum leaps in business effectiveness now possible.
