The ITWorks framework
The PgmWorks framework comprises three sequential engagements, each building on the work of the last to deliver an programme of change that tracks changes in your business needs, and ensures that you have the tools, processes, engagement and support to make it a success. The assessment is the key starting point to highlight what needs to change in order to have a solid foundation for your programme, and from there you can decide to take your own actions based on the report or engage us further to deliver the change.
PgmWorks 1 - Assessment: 1 month, £10k.
Based on your documentation and interviews with key individuals, we will assess your current programme planning and design against the PgmWorks model. You will receive a detailed report on key areas and how well they will support the transformation, as well as clear and actionable recommendations. On the basis of those recommendations, you may decide to explore our further offerings to ensure the best outcome.
PgmWorks 2 - Programme Design: Variable depending on the assessment.
Programmes of change are usually complex and long-lasting, and having the right basis for delivery maximises the delivery of benefits to the business necessary to justify the expense. This engagement will give you confidence that mechanisms are in place to track delivery and make timely changes where necessary, and that the business is ready to take on the transformation and use it.
PgmWorks 3 – Programme Delivery: Variable depending on the assessment.
Significant programmes of change are not always frequent enough to develop the necessary skills and experience within a business. Engaging us to deliver your programme gives you access to those skills and a broad range of experience in delivering transformational change.
